Placing your order

All our orders are online for quick, safe and easy processing.  If you require support please call our Customer Care line on 0845 602 9776 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and we will be happy to help you.  You can leave a voicemail message on our 'out of hours' line which will be responded to the following working day.

Payment methods

We accept payment by all major credit or debit cards via PayPal, a secure payment gateway.

Delivery

We offer free postage and packaging (p & p) on all mainland UK deliveries with orders of £25 or over.  Orders under this value are charged at a flat p & p rate of £3.95, for all mainland UK deliveries.  Where goods are in stock they will be despatched the following working day by 1st class mail.  Orders sent out by Royal Mail delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms.  Therefore once your gift leaves our care we can accept no liability for any delay or loss of item, which is the responsibility of the Royal Mail.  

If preferred we also use the Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery service for guaranteed delivery before 1pm the following day (UK mainland only – orders must be placed before 1pm Mon-Fri). Please note that this service needs to be signed for, so the recipient must be in, or the item can be collected from the Post Office.  Please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it  for current prices for this service.

Returns policy

While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will want to return items and we offer a no-quibble returns policy offering you an exchange or refund. Please fill in the returns form that is sent with your order and return the item in its original condition and packaging to:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please wrap the items securely and obtain proof of posting. dolly blake cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit which are being returned back to us.

For goods that are faulty or damaged in any way we will refund your return postage cost in full.  Please provide proof of postage.
